And characters are probably the most important facet of an anime. I mean, if I hate all of the characters, I'm just going to want them all to die, which never happens, so there's no point in watching it. For example: K-ON: The best conclusion would be that Ritsu kills everyone and takes over the planet. This is because Ritsu was the only good character in K-ON, and the rest sucked. Especially Mio. Thus, I was disappointed. Lucky Star, on the other hand, had good characters, so I liked it.
